Each RiverBend Seniors Community is the result of a unique collaboration between the Municipality in which they were developed, the Province of British Columbia through BC Housing, Oncore Seniors Society, CML Properties and A&T Project Developments Inc.

The RiverBend and Mayfair facilities in Kamloops and Prince George were developed by A&T Project Developments Inc, led by Jeff Arnold and Frank Quinn. Both Jeff and Frank are longstanding business leaders in the BC Interior who have successfully developed many award-winning commercial, residential and multi-family developments over the past 20 years.
A&T Project Developments Inc. was the lead partner in the planning and development of each RiverBend Seniors Community. Combined with Mayfair Suites in Kamloops, these seniors community developments now provide more than 450 seniors an affordable modern building offering recreational and quality of life facilities that extends their independence within a seniors community setting.
A&T Project Developments Inc. have received numerous industry design, construction and customer services awards and their RiverBend Seniors Community developments. The Kamloops development was awarded both the ‘Best Public-Private Partnership Development’ and ‘Best Multi-Family Development’ by the Canadian Home Builders Association (Kamloops) when it was developed in 2011.
Oncore Seniors Society
Oncore Seniors Society creatively assists seniors in daily living through innovative programs, housing, advocacy and support. They are committed to providing seniors solutions that maintain their independence while aging at home in safe, appropriate housing, a supportive environment with optional support services and the peace of mind they deserve on important matters such as safety, security, health and finances.

For more than 25 years, CML Properties has specialized in comprehensive management solutions for residential and condominium properties. Their team has extensive experience operating stratas of all types and their property managers are keenly versed in all operations and practices pertaining to strata living. CML has served as the property management and strata management partner at RiverBend Seniors Community in Kamloops since 2011.
Province of BC / BC Housing
The Province of BC, though BC Housing, has dedicated the federal and provincial funding required to ensure this public-private development addresses the need for both social housing for seniors and improved access to market-value living options where seniors receive the benefit of full age-in-place services on an as-needed basis.
