RiverBend Seniors Community offers 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom rental suites. The rental suites at RiverBend Prince George start at $1,500 for a 1-bedroom and $1,950 for a 2-bedroom. Suites at RiverBend Kamloops start at $1,525 for a 1-bedroom and $2,100 for a 2-bedroom while suites at Mayfair Kamloops start at $1,525 for a 1-bedroom and $1,725 for a 2-bedroom.

These open concept suites include a full kitchen with flat panel cabinetry, fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave. Each suite also has a walk-in closet and electric fireplace.

Yes. Each suite has a personal laundry centre complete with a stacked washer and dryer.  Oncore also provides optional laundry service where linens can be cleaned once a week.

Meals, house cleaning and laundry can be arranged through Oncore Seniors Society, which is the service provider at RiverBend, as often as residents wish.

No. While RiverBend gives residents the option to purchase services such as meals, housekeeping and laundry, RiverBend Seniors Community is an independent living facility and there is no in-house medical or nursing staff.

No. Services are optional. You can live independently or you can purchase services as needed.
Oncore Seniors Society provides an optional entertainment bundle within the building for a monthly fee. It includes Internet, phone, and basic cable and is $105, monthly. This is currently the only program for entertainment offered within the building. You may add onto the base cable package for an additional charge.
Residents pay monthly hydro, which is estimated at about $60/month.

Indoor amenities will include a guest suite, games room with library and computer, dining room that seats 96 and private dining room that seats 16, multimedia theatre room, hair salon, activity room, wood shop, fitness centre, scooter parking, RiverBend bus for scheduled outings, and storage lockers.

Outdoor amenities include walking and scooter path, front courtyard, meditation garden, large patio off of the dining room, fenced dog park, gazebo, BBQ area, duck pond and shared parking and raised planting boxes for gardening.

RiverBend will have an in house concierge available to all residents, who provides support for everything from helping with TV and cable connections to addressing maintenance issues, assisting with transportation requirements for personal outings and providing recommendations for restaurants and shopping. The concierge is a helping hand whenever needed.

Yes, one cat or one dog. Dogs must not be bigger than 20 inches at the shoulder.

Yes. Residents can rent a parking stall subject to availability. There is a $10/month fee for use of a parking stall that is payable to the strata corporation.

Yes. Each resident in the strata will be assigned a storage locker is approximately 4’x4’.

Yes. All suites have individual temperature controls so residents can set the heating or air conditioning levels for their individual comfort.

The building has controlled access and will have staff on hand at the front desk during the day and night, and security throughout the evening and early morning hours. Each suite has its own deadbolt/peep-hole lockset.

This is a wood frame building. All measures have been taken to ensure there is little to no noise transfer and all BC Building Code requirements have been followed.

RiverBend Seniors Community is equipped with smoke detectors and a sprinkler system throughout the building and has a fire safety plan in place for all residences.
