Construction Progress news from new RiverBend Communities

The RiverBend Prince George worksite is a busy place this week with foundation pouring on certain sections of the building underway, while other sections have progressed to flooring and framing. Building is on schedule and occupancy of RiverBend is expected fall of 2017.
Crews are hard at work this week at RiverBend pouring the basement. We’re updating construction photographs often and invite you to check back to stay up to date with our progress.
Much of the work at RiverBend over the month of June will focus on footings and foundation, along with continued site preparation.
Excavation and rough grading are taking place over the next several weeks in preparation for footings and pouring of foundation. Once complete, this new facility will have over 20,000 sq. ft. of common space in addition to its collection of one and two bedroom suites.
